Exhibitor Information

The World Down Syndrome Congress 2009 will be held in Dublin from 19th-22nd August 2009, with the main Congress sessions in The Helix venue, Dublin City University, from 20th-22nd August.

Exhibition space is available on the first floor foyer of The Helix over these three days of the Congress, and we welcome applications from people and organisations wishing to take an exhibition stand. A small number of desk spaces will also be provided at a much reduced charge.

The exhibition area will be open during all times of the official Congress programme, but it is not necessary for exhibitors to man their stand at all times. However, exhibitors are responsible for security of any materials they leave on their stand.


Exhibition Stand Space:

All stands will be on the first floor foyer of The Helix, and will be allocated by the organisers to applicants for the full three-day period.

Standard stand size is 3m x 1.5m, although sizes may vary slightly. Stands include shell walls, trestle table & cover, 2 chairs and an electrical connection. Additional furniture and other requirements may be ordered for an additional cost.

Desk spaces are simply a small desk with 1 chair.

Exhibit Stand 350.00 Euro
Desk Space 75.00 Euro

Prices are subject to VAT at 21%.


Applicants for exhibition space must already be registered as Congress delegates. All participants acting as exhibitor staff at the Congress must be registered as Congress delegates.


Exhibition space is allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed to be available. All costs given for exhibition space are subject to VAT at 21%.

The organisers have the right to refuse an application should they consider the exhibitor unsuitable for the Congress.
